Yes, Trebol is flammable, but I can easily see Luffy use Red Hawk or a new fire technique to OHKO him.

I think Trebol will be a hype tool for Luffy and Sabo will finish his fight against Burgess, or perhaps CP0, who knows. Sabo's several levels below where Luffy, Doflamingo & Co. are. I don't think Sabo would be able to make it there in time, especially since Koala is terrified about something that isn't Doflamingo or Trebol.
