Everyones MS and EMS abilities are different. Itachi and shisui have been stated to have much more prowess at genjutsu than even madara. Also kishi states that MS itachi defeats EMS madara leaving one to the educational assumption that itachi had far more MS jutsu than madara. Madara probably only used susanoo and basic genjutsu with his eyes either bc those are his strongest or he didnt need to use the rest but they probably werent that great if kishi didnt mention them and since he didnt we have to assume that he doesnt have any greater MS abilites besides susanoo and controling kurama

Honestly i think anything from shisui. We saw a small fight during kakashi filler but i would really love to see his jutsus
