Amateratsu - Is a jutsu, is made with normal chakra.
Deva path(or preta forgot which one) - can absorb jutsus.
Im pretty sure madara or kaguya absorbed amateratsu but before that happened, the only excuse that people came up with for why nagato didnt absorb amateratsu was because he couldnt. but unless its hinted at or shown that something didnt happen because it couldnt, something not happening doesnt mean it couldnt. looking at both the descriptions of the jutsu's, there's more evidence that nagato can absorb it then there is that he cant.
preta is a jutsu that absorbs jutsus, amateratsu is a jutsu. nothing says that nagato couldnt have absorbed it back then
Kamui phase and Kamui Snipe
kamui phase can kamui what the user touchs.
Kamui snipe can kamui what the user sees.
Obito (and konan) stated that he can only kamui something by touching it. obito only had the close range kamui. if he is in kamui land, he cant kamui someone else because he would need to be physically touching this person. this only applies to OBITO and his version of kamui.
kakashi's kamui only has one rule, you must see the target (how he kamui's himself i will never know but i digress). if you put them into one body the rules of one kamui wouldnt apply to both. obito for example. if obito needs to be in the real world to kamui you(with his version), theres nothing that says he cant snipe you with his other eye. snipe has no real limits. phase needs physical contact. just because there together doesnt mean kamui snipe gets the same limitations as phase. the only argument people can come up with

-it didnt happen so it cant (refer to, something not happening doesnt prove that it cant when theres more proof that it can while nothing says it cant)

-obito stated that he can only kamui people while he's in the real world (which only applied to his version)
other dojutsu users uses two eye abilities at once.
nagato - 2-3 paths at once while holding naruto and b.
sasuke - using amateratsu and enton. using susanno and amateratsu on danzo.
Just like there is nothing that says itachi cant use tsukayomi and amateratsu (if it doesnt kill him).
