Another bit of the theory, apart, was that Madara would pass his powers to sasuke.... Hashirama gave Sasuke something to use on Madara and bring his good side, and since Madara left the village since he had no one to protect, he'll see Sasuke as a brother, very similar in appearance, and can possibly give him his powers so he finally can catch up to naruto

I can't see Madara doing that. If anything, his eyes will be destroyed, whatever he chooses to do - "good", or "evil".
