Theory.

No offence to kishi or anybody else but this chapter wasn't the best in my opinion 4/10... But any way here's my small theory on what might have happened.

Since the Naruto clones didn't dissapear my hunch is the one Kaguya 'killed' was a clone. Also Sakura dosnt seem to barley acknowledge that naruto might have been killed, therefore I definatly think it was a clone.

Another idea I might have is that the real naruto is somewhere in the dimension., And is either looking for Sasuke or on his way to help obito and Sakura.

Or Sakura goes to heal Naruto while Obito helps Sasuke out.

I don't see with the series name being Naruto, that the main character gets critically wounded and the two side main characters have to go save the second character in importance. It all seems like a kishi troll to get us off path and then he's going to get naruto to have ANOTHER major entrance.

Any way what are your thoughts? If I'm wrong also please correct me:bouncy:

The clones didn't disappear so the Naruto that died was a close as well. You can even realised that the Naruto that died, didn't have any Gudou Dama, which only the real Naruto can have.

Yes it was a clone Naruto summoned when he first got to the dimension his real body was probably underground and I think Naruto used a wood clone like hashi

It was definitely a clone, but for some reason I feel like naruto is still in the ice dimension. Or he went inside but landed in a different area of the desert dimension

Hmmm....we've seen in previous chapters that Naruto and Sasuke can sense each other's presence and damn near read each other's thoughts and intentions. (go back 10 chapters and see. I'm pretty sure I'm right but will stand corrected if proven wrong.)

We know Sasuke can teleport things to the position he wants them in an attack....what if Sasuke was able to sense Naruto's situation and/or thoughts and he switched/teleported a clone in place of the real Naruto at the last minute?

I'm hoping this is the case bc I refuse to believe the god of shinobi couldn't differentiate between the real Naruto and a clone. I absolutely refuse! The real Naruto had to have been present at some point in that attack.
