Madara doesnt know if it will stay with him, though, meaning that he is not sure Sasuke will awake the Rinnegan, after getting pierced. And of course Sasuke didnt get Hashiramas chakra lol that would makes Sasuke OP and Madara would never allow that.

I Never mentioned DNA in the first place? And how would madara know this "Jutsu", which can counteract hashirama's senjutsu chakra? Considering madara has never Had or experienced senjutsu, Albeit Apart from witnessing it by fighting hashirama at the Valley.

I was making the point that you need both Uchiha and Senju DNA to foster a Rinnegan.

1. He could be referring to the plan, in which case he would only have so long until he finally performs the genjutsu

2. He could be referring to sasuke's eyes, which would explain his statement because maybe he wants to use his eyes.
