Really short theory... since the Juubi doesn't have Kurama/Gyuuki and it is regenerating... doesnt that mean that Kurama will regenerate the half that it lost to Minato?

hmmm... kurama is as big as gyouki before the sealing and kurama is still as big as gyouki now so i guess he did regenerate the half that was sealed.... a sealing tech is more appropriate gift for naruto since he needs a tech. that will divide the juubi again.

Tobi took kyuubi chakra from Jinkaku and Kinkaku(Golden & Silver Bros.) Juubi doesn't even need the nine-tails, it has infinite nature chakra.

I don't think so , Minato didn't just seal a part to be regenerated again , if that happened I think Kurama would have said something and Minato did say he had a gift for naruto and it won't be a new jutsu since it will be an over kill to the plot if naruto learned a jutsu in 2 seconds .

It's not the same with the tentails. He didn't have some of his chakra sealed, so he could probably regenerate it...but Minato is going to give naruto "a HUGE gift" according to the manga, so it will probably be nine tails' chakra.
