Maybe, Madara wanted Obito to come back so bad that he cast a genjutsu over Obito to make it look like Kakashi killed Rin. It would explain why it looked like so, and it would give Obito a reason to hate Kakashi and come back to be his predecessor. Thoughts?

If it was what it seemed, then I wouldn't like Kakashi anymore if he didn't have a sufficient motive.

it was an accident or kakashi was forced to do it somehow, thats the real kakashi, why? because he's showing emotion, hes crying and you can clearly see that.
