I was thinking about this last night and thought about telling you guys tell you what you think.

Sasuke said that he needs to talk to Orochimaru, it showed Madara touching his neck and Ankos Curse Mark. While Kabuto was making Madara stronger, he was implanting the Hashirama cells into Madara's body. Kabuto thought of giving the Curse Mark to Madara so that's what he did.

When the scroll was shown to Sasuke he said that he needed to talk to Orochimaru. I think he'll meet Orochimaru through Ankos Curse Mark and will talk to Orochimaru and taking over Madaras body. Orochimaru will agree to Sasuke because Madara has the Sharingan and that's what Orochimarus goal is. Orochimaru always wanted the Sharingan and a new body, that will be the reason to why he will be helping Sasuke.

Orochimaru will interfer in Madaras chakra and try to gain over his body. Who knows if Madara will easily hand over his body it's a mystery. Madara is the 1ST POWER. Tobi is the 2ND POWER. Orochimaru is the 3RD POWER. The 3rd cannot kill the 2nd or 1 unless its a assasination or something the 2nd or 1st power wanted. The 3rd power will take over the 1sts chakra and body. Once the 3rd takes over the 1st, the 1st will kill the 2nd. Madara can't handle fighting the kages and the 3rd power. The Kages will notice that Madara is being bothered by something so they know this is there chance and that will help Orochimaru taking over Madaras body.

The possibilities is infinite but i dont think Sasuke has the authority to promise orochimaru Madara's body.

However good theory but Orochimaru will take over Kabuto most likely as he can't resist whilst being in Izanmi

Not to mention Orochimaru will perfect Dragon Sage Mode and use it in a massive battle

Orochimaru vs Kabuto​

We've had multiple theories on orochimaru and etc

But this one is on his abscence in the series since Anime episode 131 wasn't really a big thing

What if Orochimaru recruited Kabuto for the sole purpose of continuing his research if he ever died ? Knowing Orochimaru he was a man who considered every possiblility and always suspected that someone would eventually succeed in killing him.

Before Orochimaru died he put several things in place to ensure his revival, continue his research without directly being involved and finally becoming strong enough to take over a Uchiha host.

Orochimaru ever since developing the curse mark and recruiting Kabuto always planned for Kabuto to continue his research if he we're ever to die and for the curse mark to act as several "respawn points" to just continue.

However Orcohimaru knew it wouldn't be a instantaneous thing so he had to compensate for lost time in somre sort of way while he was gone. That lead him to recruit a apprentice with the most potenial and intelligence to do this. Once orochimaru died his theory turned out to be true with Kabuto continuing his research but on a amazing and unexpected level with Kabuto doing all of these things for Orochimaru.

How Orochimaru never actually died or lost any time?

Like said above Orochimaru will be back as Sasuke stated, Kabuto was never meant to be a villian and when Orochimaru returns he will take over Kabuto's body or simply absorbing him into himself same as Kabuto did to Orochimaru.
Kabuto was made a main character for the purpose of making Orochimaru stronger in his absence and for him to reclaim his lost time in the land of the dead.

Overall Kabuto was simply training in place of Orochimaru and developing his Techniques for him while he was unable to. Kabuto really had no place in the anime/manga as a villian because of his copy cat nature and immature reasons for becoming a villian.

Two Things;

Sasuke didn't state who exactly he needs to go meet.

If Sasuke could suppress Orochimaru's will what makes you think Madara cannot do the same.

Itachi had told Sasuke his past about him choosing to protect his brother and the village. He wouldnt want Itachi to be mad at him in the afterlife am I right? Sasuke loves his brother now and he knows his brother loves him to. Itachi gave up the Uchiha clan FOR Sasuke and the Village.
