[Theory] Why the sword of Nunoboko was defeated

In the most recent chapter, Naruto and Sasuke's combined efforts were enough to destroy the sword of Nunoboko. Which, according to Obito, was used to create the world.

He even goes as far as to say that his gaining of the sword made beating him impossible.

Now how did Naruto and Sasuke gain the necessary power to destroy a blade with such incredible hype?

A hint lies in what Obito speaks about the sword.

Obito states that it is a "Sword of Soul". Possibly hinting that the sword resonates with someone's soul and is affected by and acts accordingly to one's soul.

With this, we can speculate that the sword was weak during the clash with Naruto and Sasuke because,
