Hello everyone, as you already know please read the entire theory before posting. This one is fairly good although not as good as my
This is just my theory as to how Naruto obtained part of the SO6P's will and/or Chakra. Its rather short but also sweet. You know the deal, chips, drink, pizza and enjoy.

Why people think Naruto has the SO6P Chakra/Will
In the following scans we see Naruto being stabbed by Pain and thus having his Chakra implanted in him, when this happens we see the image of Nagato/yahiko with the Rinnegan in the background with Naruto looking distraught.
Now in the following scan we see the Juubi looking at Naruto, he then see's the 7 tailed beasts who lended him chakra during his fight with Nobito, afterwards he see's the image of a Rinnegan user which drives him into a berserk rage... With that we assume that that figure is infact the SO6P. (Although it could likely be Nagato, but that is a theory for another day)

How Naruto came to possess the SO6P's Chakra/Will
Now to answer this question we need to ask how Jutsu works. When one casts a Jutsu they use there chakra as the power source to create said jutsu. Much like Sasuke would use his Chakra to create the fire in a fireball jutsu.
With that said one can reasonably assume that when the SO6P used the "Creation of All Things" jutsu then his chakra would also be placed into the tailed beasts that were created with said jutsu, as the "power source". And so one can assume that somewhere if not everywhere within the tailed beasts are fragments of the SO6P's Chakra that created them. Much like one would expect to find Sasuke's chakra in the fireball jutsu that he casts.
And thus when all the tailed beats came together and gave Naruto portions of there chakra [

] they also reunited the formerly divided portions of the SO6P's Chakra.What this means?
Its really too early to say what this means for Naruto and will fall on Kishi to decide whether he wants to exploit this niche chance to give the SO6P some face time in the manga, the same way Minato and Kushina were allowed face time in the manga through chakra left inside of the 8 Trigrams Seal on Naruto, the SO6P may get a chance to speak to Naruto through the united chakra given to Naruto by all the separate tailed beasts, perhaps an ditch effort to prevent the Juubi from being resurrected if anyone ever managed to get all the tailed beats in the same place.
Personally I dont think kishi will pass up the chance but I cant say anything for certain other than he does have a priceless and possibly one time possibility to bring the SO6P into the manga, thus giving him a chance to tell his tale... Filler No Jutsu Alert.
Now the one thing that makes me uneasy about this is the fact that we have NEVER seen the SO6P before, the guy is basically a god and pretty much all of the lore that surrounds him lies within the shroud of mystery that surrounds him. So perhaps by bringing him into the manga he could effectively be destroying the illusion and with that making the SO6P less respected in a sense. Alot like how he introduced Hashirama to the series, prior to that people would say "HASHIRAMA!!! GOD OF SHINOBI SO COOL" but now after seeing him getting punked by Tobirama and seeing how goofy he is he has lost some of his luster.
It would be disappointing to see the same thing happen to the SO6P just because kishimoto decided to introduce him in the wrong way, and either way he creates him someone is going to be disappointed. If he makes him resemble Sasuke/Tobirama as in the strong and silent type, people will question whether he is really good after all and lose respect for him. If he presents him like Naruto/Hashirama as in the goofy, aloof, kind-hearted type people will lose respect for him as not being deserving of the power he has thus taking his kindness as a sign of weakness.

Conclusion
Naruto obtained the Chakra/Will of the SO6P through the combined chakra given to him by each of the tailed beasts. Which thus opens kishi to the chance to have Naruto speak to the SO6P through the residual chakra.
