[Theory] why kishi doesn't want to give sasuke hashirama's arm

we all know it's because of plot since sasuke did return to konoha for some time but why?
first to solve why sasuke doesn't have double rinnegan

kishi could not have a second main character outshining the 1st main character in the most important part of the story so he had to make it so that sasuke can't dispel the infinite tsukuyomi alone, but because he always stressed that naruto and sasuke are equals he took naruto's arm as well... naruto and sasuke were all given an opportunity of a new arm crafted from hashirama's dna but sasuke gave a bullshit excuse of why he can't wait for it but we know that he came back to konoha so why not take it then?

the point is he is not given hashirama's dna arm because he would be broken power wise then naruto would need a new power up to keep the equal hype

That doesn't change anything though, Rinnegan can summon Gedo. Madara summoned it when it was sealed in the moon and Sasuke was shown capable of making summons from other dimensions when he summoned his hawk to Kaguya's.

Sasuke doesn't have double Rinnegan because he only have Hagoromo's Yin chakra, he needs both Yin and Yang. Indra chakra (Yin) and Ashura chakra (yang) awakens Hagoromo's chakra (yin yang). Sasuke got Hashirama cells years after the transmigration ended, Hagoromo brings this up regarding Madara 2x while talking to Naruto. Sasuke needs either Naruto's cells or Hagoromo to give him his yang chakra as well.

Sasuke couldn't do it alone either way, Hagoromo already said you need the Rinnegan and chakra from all Bijuu (which Naruto has) to break IT. Sasuke lacked the power to absorb more chakra from the Bijuus, he was out of it. Even before they fought, Hagoromo said both of they can break IT together which is what they did. Sasuke not getting an arm was a way to punish himself for what he almost did (many believe this at least). Also it could be Kishi referencing Starwars or One piece since both have people who loses an arm.
