We know Minato gets exhausted after teleporting large objects. I think this is the reason why:

He has to be touching the object with his body or chakra. I think that he has to spread his chakra over the object he wants to teleport. The greater the size, the more chakra is required to spread through the target. He can also use FTG on targets he doesn't touch.

This might have some sort of chakra barrier that enables him to teleport anything within its radius, but this won't be part of the poll.

Tell me what you think. Is this why Minato tired?

I would imagine larger objects = larger consumption of chakra which means he's fatigued faster..
Kind of self explanatory.

Guess you're correct.

It depends on the size of the object.

Minato was exhausted after teleporting Kurama, he could have never been able to teleport the juubidama in his living state, it was roughly 5x the Juubi's own size

Seems plausible to me. It's probably the most logical way of describing how it works, and that's always how I imagined it.

Well before hand he teleported the bijudama and summoned the frog also. Then he teleported both the frog and the nine tails. So in a sense it was one big thing after another which will have it's short term affect like short burts of power would make you sweat but not tire you out right

He already used plenty of chakra even before teleporting Kyubi AND his TBB(something that people forget), including teleporting another Kyubi TBB earlier along with spending and using chakra to maintain Kyubi inside Kushina, countless normal Hiraishin teleportation and so on, all that before the teleportation of Kyubi and his blast. There is nothing that shows he couldn't have warp Jubi's tbb alive especially when we know that edos remain with the same quantity of chakra they had when they were alive and can be low on chakra(we've seen this plenty of times with Muu, Trollkage, Tobirama and so on). In this case they were even revived weaker than normal. The only advantage edo tensei give is regeneration(including chakra regeneration)

Space Time jutsu take up more chakra the larger the object is. That's why.
