Why didn't Obito kill Kakashi?

Right now I'm going to list the possible reasons Obito didn't kill Kakashi.
...but first.
If Kakashi fainted why didn't Obito kill him? Kakashi was vulnerable, unable to do anything at that moment why didn't Obito seize the moment?
Okay, now I'll start.

First: Obito and Kakashi we're very close to Rin, possibly knowing secrets. Like if she was a spy, or knew very valuable information that could effect The Third Great Ninja War. As said, "Rin was kidnapped by Taiseki during the course of the mission, and Kakkō — another one of her captors — attempted to interrogate her using genjutsu to find out if she knew anything about Konoha's war efforts. Rin's will, however, proved too strong and did not break even under the genjutsu."
So Rin knew information and didn't say anything through the Genjutsu, either.

What is that information they wanted so bad? More about the war efforts? Or even S+ Ranked information?

Obito didn't want to believe was happened in from of his eyes. So he didn't want to believe that Kakashi actually killed Rin.

Madara was controlling him probably because u can see it looks like obito was zoning in and out with the WHOOOSH! and its possible because madara made zetus and etc etc etc. all the basic stuff to add all that up possibly showing how he controls zetus which is apart of obito ;P

So by letting him zone in and out to let him see what he's doing and seeing rin dead and him killing ppl with blood everywhere it builds the hate and madara didn't kill kakashi because it would just let the hate build so his plans can work all in order madara is strong and badass and a smart mind ****er LOL

right after rin was killed you can see how obito kind of lost his mind and wasnt really himself. so he wasnt trying to atack anyone specifically, he was only doing it cuz he really wasnt himself, he wasnt in control

He didnt kill kakashi because he was to busy trying to kill the mist ninjas who made him realize he was in hell, since they started an attack

Obito did not kill kakashi because he knew inside him that as a ninja,there is really a possibility that you will sacrifice a team mate.He did not blame kakashi,he is just blaming the reality that Rin must die in Kakashi's hands.Thats why when he said "there is no point in blaming this useless reality because it will vanished soon" (not the exact words though). From that ideals he started to think that in his tsuki no me plan people who died will live again and IMO thats why he assisted itachi to kill their clan members (and maybe also his parents) because he will pursue that tsuki no me and from that they will live happily ever after.
