THEORY ~Why can't Lee use Ninjutsu/Genjutsu~ THEORY

As we know, Lee is a Taijutsu only ninja, is there a reason for this?

Lee is a Hyuuga~!
He is a descendant of the main branch, but was attacked when he was young by outer branch Hyuuga, his eyes were damage beyond repair and he was given those stupid ass eyes instead! (They are obviously fake).
When he was attacked, the gentle fist was employed and his chakra network was permanently effected, ending in him not being able to use Genjutsu or taijutsu, also his parents were also never shown.
This would also explain his mutual hatred/rivalry with Neji.
