My theory is that when the Naka Shine is read by the rinnegan, not only does it expose information of the mangekyou / controlling tailed beasts etc...(the uchiha half) - but it also offers new pieces of information...

Where this theory becomes interesting is:
What if when the Naka shrine is read with the Rinnegan - it allows whomever is reading the Tablet to talk to the deceased spirits of the descendents of the So6P...
After all - we dont know for sure who wrote the shrine - it could have been the sage himself or one of the sons...we have no idea...
What if reading the tablet with the Rinnegan enables the reader to communicate with the dead souls of the Uchiha - Or maybe just specific people like the Two sons or the Sage himself!

it could happen if this holds true
This would give another meaning to the shrine - and also reveal the information that the rinnegan unlocks upon the shrine...
