[Theory] Tsunade didn't invent Byakugo

Byakugo is a jutsu where Tsunade stores a bunch of chakra into her forehead, which can heal tremendously once the chakra is released. Tsunade said that she is the only one who knows this jutsu.

Conlusion:

I think Tsunade is a liar and that she says she invented Byakugo so it makes her look better because she is the only one of the Sannin and Hokages that doesn't have anything cool.

Perhaps hashirama possesses slug sage mode, he helped mito form it though the same process, and tsunade created her own version using a build up of sage chakra from slug sage mode that hasn't been revealed yet.
