[Theory] Tomoe Rinnegan make you capable of using all unique MS abilities

We know that Tomoe Rinnegan is even higher version of Rinnegan aka Rinnegan + Sharingan powers. Could it make user able to use all MS abilties, even unique ones ?

^^ Here Sasuke just put all tailed beasts in genjtusu without having eye contact with each of them, just like Kotoamatsukami

Maybe Sasuke can also use Kamui, we will see soon

He just used a unspecified Genjutsu, and he did it with only a glance (a glance also requires eye contact).

Whatever Genjutsu it was, it's a damned powerful one.

What he did there is a miniature version of IT.

I think Obito did the did a similar one to the five tails too.

Obito controlled seven

Madara controlled all nine

And Sasuke controlled all nine as well
