I think it was Danzo who declared Sasuke had indeed put him in Tsukiyomi, however, it paled in comparison to Itachi's

Nah, danzo only commented on genjutsu, and said its no match for tsukuyomi. Im still not convinced sasuke has tsukuyomi, which he could, but no solid proof.
