but still "on the verge of death" not necessary mean that they killed him, but knowing that the brothers have what it takes to do that against the 2nd i see nothing wrong about them killing the 2nd

There is another proof that that they weren't part of the Kinkaku Force. Tobirama says that the Kinkaku Force are master bounty hunters from the Hidden Cloud. The Kin & Gin brothers weren't part of the Hidden Could after they attacked the Second Raikage.

i agree there is no reason to do that, this isn't an is tobirama racist thread, and kudos i like the theory bro i jsut really want to see some more badass shit from tobi cuz he has to have a ton of super secret water style jutsu even mei doesn't know about and we desperately need some more creativity as far as water style jutsu go, so far all teh water style jutsus in the show have been projectile or barrier techs with a few albeit rare instances such as water clone and water prison which is still essentially a barrier of sorts.
