Umm....no. Tobirama has been revived as an edo in case you forgot, have'nt heard him say anything about a fight with madara, which he would have by now.

There is still time for talking. After Hashirama's part of the story, it's Tobirama to tell his. . . . . . . . . if they are going to do that.

Oh btw, I know this is non-canon, but in the Anime, Hiruzen and Danzo were assaulted by paper bombs. That isn't exactly Madara's forte.

I can agree to this, I have always thought Madara has something to do with Tobiramas death.
Although I think the gold and silver brothers and Kinkaku force also participated in the Tobirama manhunt along with Madara since they know about him when they were resurected.
Now about Tobirama not wanting to let the Uchiha know that Madara is still alive, I have never thought about that before, but it definitely make sense.

I was thinking about this, and I think it is plausible. I kind of wondered why Madara never really took out his hate on Tobirama in anyway, he just...left the village. However, it was Tobirama who killed Izuna, and who (somewhat) prevented him from becoming hokage, not Hashirama and the other Senjus, so it would follow that he would hate Tobirama the most, and, eventually want to get his revenge or something. So I can see it as a possibility from both sides (Madara's and Tobirama's).

Tobirama was raped by 20x10 hunter nin+Kin-Gin brothers and he survived but finally was backstabbed to death by Madara or in worse case, was buried under a big stone like Obito *remember the huge stone Madara summoned about 100 chapters before*...

I think it's very possible Madara could have been involved in Tobirama's death and why he didnt' come out and say it upon his revival ..Simple the promise he made to Hashirama not to fight Madara. This is a great theory hopefully we'll get to know about this possibly in Tobirama thought flashback while he's in the battlefield or before

I had this on my mind for a long time and it was kinda blurry, but today I cleaned it up a little bit. (There Were Some Similar Threads)

We know how Tobirama died. By allowing his comrades to escape, he sacrifices him self fighting against the Kinkaku Force.

Or that's what we think it happened, cuz it was never shown, but only stated.

I think that Madara killed Tobirama - now let me explain.

Why? Cuz it might have been Madara. He knows that he should be dead, so he is kinda shocked because of it.

Why? He is thinking what should he do, cuz this is not an ordinary Ninja. Plus, he had a kinda personal feud with him.

Than he decides that he will take him alone.

Why alone? Cuz in with him was also Kagami, a member of the Uchiha.

Why does that matter? Cuz, at the time, the Uchiha Clan started realising that what Madara said was coming to be truth. The Uchiha were moved to the outskirts of the village, spied on by the ANBU and so on. If they would come to know that Madara was still alive, they would surely want to re-join with him and organise a coup d'etat against the Leaf.

Tobirama didn't wanted that. So he decided to take him alone. If he wins, the situation will be cleared.

But what if he loses? That's why he makes Hiruzen a Hokage, so the Uchihas wont use the chance for one of them to become a Hokage or for an uprising, cuz there won't be a Hokage to take care of things.

This could be possible, because it does take him a while to think of a strategy, and he even mentions that he was slow in his decision. He seemes more than troubled over 20 bounty hunters that we never even heard about. He also has a reasn to lie, which really brings this theory together. Good job
