[Theory] Tobirama can Bloodbend

Alright guys, I finally got done with finals. It's been a while since I had the time to post seriously, so go easy.

Hypothesis:

If you all have watched The Last Airbender, or The Legend of Korra, you can just skip this whole hypothesis. So allow me to take the time and explain what Bloodbending is. Bloodbending is basically bending blood inside the opponents body through honed experience in water bending. In Avatar, bending the opponents blood allows the user to completely manipulate their opponents movements to their liking.
Through feats, I have speculated that it is possible for Tobirama to do this.

Tobirama has shown to even manipulate on a molecular level by completely evaporating that large amount of water afterwards. Skilled Suiton users such as Mei and Kisame has shown only to manipulate water by using a jutsu, while Tobirama is able manipulate water by sheer thought.

Tobirama can even deduce the type of cells a person has just by sensing it. Not only the type of cells, but even the amount. Gaara is quite a skilled sensor himself, yet he couldn't tell that Madara's body is made of superhuman cells. Tobirama is quite an incredible guy.

Conclusion:

• Tobirama is a boss.
• He is a great sensor by being able to obtain knowledge of other peoples DNA.
• Blood is made out of plasma, red blood cells, and white blood cells. Which all of them contain mostly water.
• Since he has shown to be able to manipulate on a molecular level and even tell where a certain cell is, then he should be able to bend blood.
