Hashirama's Dad - He was a pushy father who wanted all of his aspirations to come through in his eldest son (Hashirama Senju), so he trained him day and night and sometimes in the afternoon till he became the strongest shinobi of his time but still it wasn't enough. "You must be the strongest shinobi of the next four generations, how do you know you someone will not surpass you ? Keep training you bum!" was what Hashi's dad said to push him further which helped him transcend the realms of extraordinary power.
Hashirama's Mum - She was the comforting parent who helped Tobirama as Hashi was helped by his father. She recognised Tobirama's unique innate genius which could be argued only came once, just once. Whilst his father was occupied with his older brother, Tobirama built the same sort of relationship with his mother.
Hashirama
The typical jock of the family who has all the fame, all the girls and the statue built in his honour to commerate the fight with his former best friend. Hashirama valued strength and power more than he did of academic pursuits
Tobirama
The geeky gizmo kid of the family who unlike his brother wasn't gifted with immense strength of a immeasurable magnitude but with absolute genius. He created the technique of Edo Tensei which brought people back from the dead and also apparently created/was the master of space time ninjutsu.
Tobirama always craved the approval of his father, once he told his father "I can transcend life and death, i can warp both senior sovereigns of the universe, space and time around my very presence"
His father simply replied "Can you claim to be the strongest shinobi of our time?" "No just no, you are Izuna to Madara, the second born!!!!!"
He also apparently died a virgin
Madara Uchiha (Former best friend of Hashirama and Rival)
He was the typical spiteful kind of friend who was destined to fall out with Hashirama and eventually become his rival in everything. He always aimed to surpass Hashirama but never quite got there.
Izuna Uchiha (Madara's lackie)
He followed Madara in the hate of Hashirama and always agreed with what his older brother said/told him.
Mito Uzumaki (The Wife)
The typical feminist type who claimed women were stronger than men, she was most likely the strongest Kunochi of her time as nothing less would please Hashirama Senju.

"Back in my day, we had a guy called the sage of the six paths, he had some kick-ass Ninjutsu and rumour has it we were pen pals back before he was famous, he wrote me that he just got his famous whagicakmacallit rinneyes and then he just stopped writing" - Hoarse Voice
