My Conclusion​

• The SO6P was a half Uzumaki and half Hyuga....
  
• He inherited Powerful Eyes and Mental Energy(Yin) from his Hyuga parent and it was later passed down to the Edler Son and the Uchiha but it was mixed with the Jubbi's Yin too....
  
• He inherited Powerful Body and Physical Energy(Yang) from his Uzumaki parent and it was later passed down to the Younger Son and the Senju but it was mixed with the Jubbi's Yang too....

Nice theory all the way, but you (and many others) are missing the point: At the Sage's time there probably was no Hyuga Clan, no Uzumaki Clan, no Uchiha Clan, no Senju Clan. Those clans are all relatives, and thus are descendant from SO6P. Thus, your theory is nice, but totally goes on the wrong way.
About Yin and Yang: the sage had them originally (whether or not he inherinted them from someone else in unknown), and as I stated above, all those Other clans got it from him. You're looking at it the opposite way . ^^

I don't remember any statement from the previous issues that all the clans were descendants of the Sage. Please enlighten me.

So how is the Byakugan inferior to the Sharingan now?

The Byakugan was upgraded because of the the Juubi. = Sharingan
That's the reason why the Sharingan is better.
