[Theory]The SO6P's Elder Son,The Uchiha and The Sharingan

In the recent Chapter "A Cursed Clan" Tobirama stated that The Sharingan power increases along with the hatred in the weilder Uchiha's heart.... More the hatred in the Uchiha's heart more powerful will be his Sharingan....

However there is more to it than just hatred.... There was a reason why only the elder son of The SO6P weilded and inherited the SO6P's Ocular powers....

The SO6P's Elder Son

There is a reason why only the Elder Son of The SO6P's inherited his powerful eyes.... The SO6P's Elder Son believed that Power was the key to true peace.... In short he was a man who seeked nothing but Power.... The eyes would respond to the weilder's strong impulses for power and give the weilder more of it.... This can also be seen in the case of the 4 strongest Uchiha i.e. Madara,Obito,Itachi and especially Sasuke....

Obito

Obito awakened his Sharingan with 2 Tomoe during the Kakashi Gaiden.... Obito awakened it in order to protect his comrades.... In the below image after Kakashi's left eye is damaged by the enemy.... Obito realizes that talking big isn't just enough.... If he really wants to protect his comrades then he must be stronger.... He has a sudden impulse to do something.... to have more power and his 2 Tomoe Sharingan quickly awakens....

Madara

The precise moment when Madara actually awakened his Sharingan is a little debatable cause in Chapter 623 Madara is about to tell Hashi that he posses Sharingan but he stops.... And in Chapter 624 we see Izuna and Tajima getting all excited and saying Madara has just awakened his Sharingan....

I think it is safe to assume that Madara awakened his Sharingan before Chapter 624 but he didn't tell anything about it to Tajima and Izuna.... But when might he have awakened the Sharingan..?? I think he awakened his Sharingan after one of his brothers died.... He awakened it after the emotional trauma of losing one of his brothers....
In the below image Madara is talking about how he wasn't strong enough to protect his brothers.... He might have awakened it after realizing that he must become strong and have more power if he wants to protect his last remaining brother....

Itachi

Itachi graduated from the Ninja academy and was made a Genin at the age of 7.... He awakened his Sharingan when he was around 7 to 8 years old.... In the below image we see that Hiruzen says Itachi was very matured at the age of 7 and could see the bigger picture.... He had the understanding of a Hokage at the age of 7.... Now for a 7 year old kid like Itachi who had inherited the Will Of Fire.... the act awakening of Sharingan meant that he knew he had to be powerful if he had to protect Konoha....

Sasuke

Sasuke awakened his Sharingan with 1 Tomoe on the night of The Uchiha Clan Massacre.... He awakened it from the emotional trauma of losing his loved ones.... But Sasuke felt one thing immediately after the massacre...."If I was more powerful I could have protected mother and father...." Thats when he awakened his 1 Tomoe Sharingan....

Sasuke awakened his 2 Tomoe Sharingan during his fight with Haku.... Haku pushed him to his limit.... Then Sasuke awakened his 2 Tomoe Sharingan realizing that if he was to survive.... he needed more power.... Sasuke awakened 2 Tomoe Sharingan after getting desperate and wanting more power....

Finally Sasuke was able to awaken the Sharingan with 3 Tomoe when Naruto was gaining the upper hand in their fight.... Sasuke's strong desire for power during the fight and having to fight his closest friend made him awaken the 3rd Tomoe....

Mangekyo Sharingan

Mangekyo Sharingan techniques are based on what the weilder wanted most when he had awakened the MS.

Madara wanted power to dominate, so he got Tsukoyomi,Amaterasu and an extremely powerful Susano'o....

Itachi wished that war and conflict never existed, he wished he could change the way the world and people were. He got the power of Tsukoyomi.... A world of his own....

Sasuke's MS abilities were actually given to him by Itachi, so that's why his powers are the same....

Obito wished he could've gotten to Rin fast enough to save her, so he got the power of instant teleportation....

Kakashi wished he could have saved Rin by hiding her from the enemy and so he got the power to send people to another dimension....

My Conclusion....

The Sharingan and all its higher versions work on one basic principle i.e. the weilder's strong desire for power.... Neither hate nor love but this strong desire for power is what that decides how strong the Uchiha is.... (You won't understand completely if you haven't read the entire theory or at least about Sasuke....) lolol Sry about that....

The eyes give the weilder the powers that they want.... Especially MS....

So Tobirama's explanation about the power of Sharingan is only partly correct cause hatred and love are only secondary driving forces behind a powerful Sharingan.... The Primary being a strong impulse or desire for power....

Also don't forget.... The two of the most Power Hungry Characters in the series have always been after the Sharingan.... Orochimaru and Danzo....

I still think it makes more sense, I honestly think your theory would give the sharingan a better plot than what kishi has mentioned now. it makes sense too with the older/younger brother story, his desire for power is what drove him to evil. good stuff mayne!

Great read and excellent theory ...... Plus rep for well structured and full proof theory....

I completely agree with most of the points you have made in the theory but I beg to differ at some points because Madara also wanted peace but its was completely different from what Hashirama or Itachi wanted. He wanted a world where he can be supreme and can govern with sheer strength and fear. Where as Itachi wanted a conflict free world where people can be at peace and future generation doesn't need to suffer what the previous generation has gone through.

He awakened the MS when is was small and village was at peace so IMO MS and its techniques are related to the persons chakra affinity for example

• Itachi who has tsukyomi which is an illusion which can be related to water and heat ( fire ) which can give mirages- an illusion. Amaterasu which can be related to fire.
• Sasuke has blaze release but doesn't have Tsukyomi which can be related to his lightning and fire style nature which he can control which ever way he wants it to.
• Obito has teleportation but he also has wood element which combination of water and earth so his teleportation ability is based on markings of the Zetsu. Because Obito was able to teleport to Sasuke without even knowing where Sasuke was it was because Sasuke was having zetsu spores.
• Not sure about the dimension thing because its same for Kakashi as well since both Obito and Kakashi are having same eye and use same dimensional space.

Its just speculation on my part but your theory might as well be right lets hope we get answers in upcoming chapters

I don't know why human beings like to refuse the truth. Why so many OPs to deny the most obvious fact in the manga?
My answer is that some people have chosen the Uchiha without really knowing why. In my opinion, anyone who chose the Uchiha should have chose them because they look cool and strong, not because they are the strongest or the good guys. They have been doing all the shits in the manga, and there is enough material to just accept that. Even Tobi and everyone including Madara are saying the same thing Tobirama is saying. Itachi said the same as well. Here is a recap:

1. Tobi, and Madara

The Uchiha inherited strong chakra ... Madara even said that among the Uchiha of his time, he even inherited stronger chakra.
So when the Uchiha are talking about themselves, they hide the evilness behind strength. They should rather say, the elder son inherited the evil/hateful chakra - just sound like Juubi interfered.

2. Itachi

"Little brother, hate me, resent me, ...". Why do you thing Itachi asked Sasuke to hate him? Simple. Because he knew the power is correlated with the among of hate.

3. Kyuubi to Sasuke

"I have never seen chakra even more evil than mine since Uchiha Madara." This was plain and square.

4. Poor Tobirama

"The Uchiha have a evil chakra generated by their brain when they undergo strong emotional stress due to loss of those they love."
"Brother, you should not ignore that the power of the Uchiha is correlated with the amount of hate they have".

It is clear that Tobirama is saying the same thing as the Uchiha, the Kyuubi, etc.

Why do you guys think Madara refused the peace and alliance in a very eratic fashion, twice?

My opinion is that Madara himself knew the source of his power. He knew that peace, love are synonymous of powerlessness. Sasuke even noticed this before he left the village. They are all the same. When there is no pain and hate, they become weak and do not grow as shinobi. We all have seen it for Sasuke in how Naruto catched up with him quickly after graduation.

I think all the repeated thread should stop by now because the Uchihas are sick of a certain chakra in their brain. Unless someone can erase this chakra, we have to admit that Tobirama is just saying what many have been hiding for long time.
