Here's how I see it. Well Obito absorbed the ten tails first. Then he spit out the shinju. The chakra of the Juubi can probably be split up just like the chakra of all the other tailed beasts. By this logic though Obito should've been a more complete Jinchuriki than Madara at first since he was the one to releas the shinju. Remember though the shinju has probably been building up chakra, and nature energy as it seen blooming. Since Kaguya was the only person to eat the shinju fruit( I believe eat is a metaphor for seal in this case though, I believe Uzumaki's are also descendants of her from the other son, and that were they got all those powerful sealing techs from, the VIZ translation stated that the other son did seal all of the Juubi into Hogoromo after all) s she'll always have a spiritual connection with it, it became part of her, and she became part of it. Hope this explains it to you though.

Obviously you're not understanding what I'm saying. I didn't say the sage sealed his mom. I'm saying Kaguya will always have a spiritual connection with the shinju since she was the first to absorb the fruit. They became a part of each other. DNA intertwined if you will.

That actually makes a lot of sense really, I definitely agree that the Uzumaki clan came from the Hagoromo's brother. I also think the Hyuga clan did too.

But the thing that confuses me though is why wasn't Obito more a complete jinchuuriki he's of the Uchiha clan just like Madara and there descendants of Indra. I guess because Madara was a reincarnation of Indra and thats why he was a more complete jinchuruuki.
