Hello everyone. I'm new at Narutobase, and I'm glad to be part of it

This is my very first thread, so I don't know if this is the correct place to post it (yeah, I definitely look retarded).

First of all I want to make clear that English is not my first language, and thus, I'm sure I will commit lots of mistakes. I'm sorry if something is hard to understand.

I also want to clarifie that this theory is mine, and by no means this is a copy paste. However, I have based a part of the theory on another one from a Spanish website. This one and other references will be indicated at the end of the thread.

Since almost no time remains for the next chapter, in order to be able to complete the theory I've had to omit posting scans and images. I'm sorry for that. I hope you understand.

Now, let's proceed with the theory itself.

The happenings

1.What is Natural Energy?

Natural Energy is a type of energy that flows through the earth, air… namely the entire nature.

2.What is the Shinju (aka The God Tree)?

The Shinju is a tree, that as we could see when Obito released it, is able to absorb chakra to the people. And because of the fact that it’s a tree, it’s also part of the nature, and therefore it’s one with it. This means that the absorbed chakra to the ninja alliance would become part of the Tree, and therefore natural energy. The tree grows a Chakra Fruit (we will see later on the purpose of such fruit)

3.What is the Juubi (aka Ten Tails)?

The Juubi is a shaped manifestation of Natural Energy. It’s a conscienceless and unfeeling entity, with only primal insticts. It’s stated that it appeared after the Chakra Fruit of the Shinju was eaten by Princess Kaguya.

4.The Juubi and the Shinju

As we could see when Obito released the Shinju, they aren’t actually the same being, as stated formerly. They are actually two different entities that can exist separately (when the Shinju was released, Obito was still the Juubi Jinchuriki, and therefore, the Juubi was still within him).

5. Kaguya and the Shinju

Kaguya ate the Chakra Fruit of the Shinju in order to obtain a power able to put an end to the war that was taking place at that time. Doing so, she gained the power to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi, so that people were plunged into an eternal genjutsu, while their chakra was being stolen. Madara, after absorving the Shinju (well… it isn’t exactly the same as literally eating the fruit, but after all, it’s rather similar), stated: ‘I’m completly inmortal. I’ll live forever’. This actually makes a lot sense, because after eating the fruit, it is logical to think that the one who eats it becomes one with the Natural Energy, and if we apply real physical laws and Einstein’s statement: ‘energy can not be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another’, means that Madara (and whoever eats the Fruit), actually becomes an inmortal being (however, that statement might be just a magnification; but by the way he said it, I don’t think so). But if the one that eats the Fruit becomes inmortal, what happened to Kaguya? We will see.

6. The appearance of the Juubi

The more chakra absorbed by the Shinju to the people through the Infinite Tsukuyomi casted by Kaguya, the more powerful it became, (as people have less chakra, nature has more Natural Energy). Once reached a point, Kaguya was no longer able to withstand that much power. And what happened next? Kaguya is overwhelmed by such excessive power, and consequently, she becomes just a conscienceless and unfeeling manifestation of natural energy: the Juubi. The fact that Kaguya turned into the Juubi, explains why the second form of the Juubi, had so many humanoid traits (such as ears or mouth) and Kaguya’s horns (my interpretation is that the first form of the Juubi, is a primal form, and the second, an evolved form that enbodied some of Kaguya’s traits).

7. Hagoromo (aka Rikudo Sennin or The Sage of the Six Paths) and The Juubi

Hagoromo and his brother face the Juubi (this gives another meaning to the statement: ‘they fought against the Juubi in order to redeem the sins of her mother’, because essentially they were fighting her) and seal it within Hagoromo. Hagoromo, in an attemp to stave off another war, and bring peace to the world, gives people the ability to use chakra. He also creates the 9 tailed beasts and creates the moon, where he sends the Gedo Mazo (the vessel of the Juubi) for that not to happen anymore Let’s remember that creating the Juubi again is the only way to get a new Chakra Fruit (as well as hagoromo stated: ‘when all chakra becomes one, a new Chakra Fruit will be created, and it will be the end of the world’), and thus casting the Infinite Tsukuyomi again.

8. How Madara will be defeated

But what if something goes wrong and someone manages to retriever the Gedo Mazo and resurrect the Juubi? Hagoromo was a cautious man, and had already contemplated such possibility. He trusted the people, and therefore thought that they would be able to understand each other; but humanity didn’t go that way, and someone (Madara) managed to eat the Chakra Fruit; and as I stated previously, the one that eats the Chakra Fruit becomes inmortal, and therefore he can’t be defeated by convencional means (this is essentially what Madara did, and thus, said). The only way to defeat such individual would be sealing it. And what can some of the Treasured Tools of the Sage do? Yes, some of them can seal, and that’s what will eventually happen to Madara.

9. Madara and Kaguya

Madara (someone who, as well as Kaguya, just desired peace, but ended up obsessed with power) has already ‘eaten’ the Chakra Fruit, and therefore, he gained the capability to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi. If after casting it, he manages to plunge all the people into it, and thus absorves all the chakra to them, the following statements will be reinforced: the one that Hagoromo told to Naruto: ‘when all chakra becomes one, a new chakra fruit will be created, and it will be the end of the world’; and the one that that voice said just after Madara had absorved the Shinju: ‘the time has come for everything to become one’ (the one talking here was supossedly Kaguya). Both statements are related: that ‘everything’ refers to chakra (this is obvious, but even so, I have to say it in order to explain the theory). The more chakra absorves Madara, the more powerful he becomes, just like Kaguya; this also reinforces the statment that Madara said: ‘I will be the last one with a great chakra’. I don’t think Madara will eventually crush and originate the Juubi again, as well as Kaguya did, because if that happens, I don’t think the alliance will be able to seal him with the Treasured Tools; maybe he will be about to become the Juubi, but he will be sealed before that happens. However, I'm not sure if Madara will be able to absorve all the chakra; if he does, maybe Naruto restores the stolen chakra to the peaple by Madara.

10.The ending of the series

Once Madara is defeated and sealed, (and along with it the Juubi, and therefore the capability to create a new Chakra Fruit) humanity will start over again, but this time around the issue of the Juubi, the Chakra Fruit, and the Infinite Tsukuyomi (and all the suffering and pain that they involve), will not happen anymore.

Meaning and symbolism of the happenings

Throughout the series, it has always been stated and insisted about two things: hatred and war.

I'm going to explain what kind of relationship hatred and war have with the Shinju, the Juubi, the Infinite Tsukuyomi, and the Nature in general.

Hatred begins with differences of all types that exist between the people, besides the difficulty in comunicating with each other. Hatred materialises and manifests itself in the shape of war. In order to try to stop war, someone who desires peace will find out that the only way to accomplish such goal is to eat the Chakra Fruit, and thus, obtain a great power (as well as Kaguya and Madara did). But those who eat the fruit will end up decaying, and instead of saving the people, will end up annihilating humanity (absorbing all chakra). They will also colapse and therefore become the Juubi. The Juubi, as stated before, is “the beginning of all chakra, a god who created countries”, and that is exactly what will happen when the one who casts the Infinite Tsukuyomi collapses and becomes the Juubi (the one who eats the fruit is merely a vessel for the appearance of the Juubi, and the resulting resetting of the world): The Juubi goes on rampage and reshapes the earth (once the Juubi gets in calm, the Shinju appears again, and with it, the Chakra Fruit), and over the ages, a new humanity will eventually appear, and then, people will fall again in hatred and war, and therefore someone will eat the Chakra Fruit, and everything will happen over and over again.
However, this time around that's not going to happen because in the current generation, hatred is over, and friendship has taken its place, as shown with Naruto and Sasuke (the capability to create the fruit will disappear along with Madara when he is sealed).

But if Hagoromo was aware of the danger of the Infinite Tsukuyomi, why did he created the moon (a platform which basically makes easier casting it)?

This statement in the last chapter: 'when the one that has the power of the samsara comes near the moon, an eye shall open and project itself on the moon to bring forth the Infinite Dream', implies that Hagoromo was aware of the Infinite Tsukuyomi, and that the moon wouldn't do anything but hasten it. The only explanation I can think of is that he relied in humanity, and that people would choose the correct way (whatever it be: Infinite Tsukuyomi or peace and friendship) acording to what the values of the epoch handed down. Maybe the moon already existed, but he and his brother had to destroy it in order to stop the Infinite Tsukuyomi (maybe Naruto and Sasuke end up doing this too), and then he created it again (maybe Naruto and Sasuke will do this too).

However, I'm not sure if I see this coming, and maybe that statement is just a plot hole.

There are two ways of seeing the Cycle:

1.The Cycle as something not intended: the Cycle just happens unwittingly.

2. The Cycle as something intended: the Cycle is planned by something or someone (I've heard out there that maybe by aliens. This might sound like a joke, but I think it's interesting).

There are two ways of seeing the Shinju:

1. The Shinju as a parasite being that just tries to survive (as well as every regular tree).

2. The Shinju as something programmed (this one implies the second one of the former headland).

References

At first, I saw the Juubi as something separated from Kaguya, that when the time came, just appeared. However, now I see it as another form of Kaguya. I took this appreciation from an user of the Spanish-speaking website called dranix.

Here you can see her theory (the original Spanish version):

And here is the very same theory translated into English by me (it's a very good theory; I advise you to read it. However, there are some parts with which I disagree):

Hello beforehand. Thanks for taking the time to check my thread (it's a bit long, even omitting clear happenings and avoiding falling into ambiguities known to everyone), which I hope to provide something to the conception of the plot. If I am mistaken, I hope you amend me. If you have any questions, maybe I can clarify them or amend my ideas.

1.-Kaguya, in her quest for power, steals the fruit to de God Tree.
2.-Kaguya gives birth to two children, (the father is unknown, he might be a human).
3.-Kaguya, in his ambition for more power, uses humans for the Infinite Tsukuyomi ( it seems that the moon has nothing do with the Eye Moon Plan, and that humas already had chakra, but couldn’t use it, besides that the Tree was used by Kaguya to create Fruits and increase her power).
4.-Kaguya and her overwhelming power make her lose much of her conscience, and therefore she mutates into the Juubi (Kaguya already possessed the Byakugan and the “Sharinnegan”, before eating the Fruit. This explains why the Juubi possesses such eye, and Hagoromo only the Rinnegan, being this a scattering of the genes of his mother, and why Juubi jinchuurikis haven’t awakened or obtained such dojutusu.
5.-Kaguya, transformed into the Juubi, absorves the power of the God Tree, ( this explains why the Tree and the Juubi can exist separately, overturning the belief that the Tree became the Juubi. Being the Tree just a catalyst of chakra, explains the stealing of chackra to the alliance)
6.-In order to redeem the sins of his mother, Hagoromo and his brother challenge the Juubi-Kaguya, and seal the Juubi-Kaguya-God Tree within Hagoromo ( I suspect that the relevance of the brother even when he saw himself powerful, is fictitious. Maybe his power was stolen by the Juubi, and helping Hagoromo to seal the Ten Tails, perhaps he remained without power and relevance, and therefore, he is not mentioned, or died, remaining anonymous.

So far, we will skip happenings of the protagonists to the point of the resurrection of the Juubi.

7.-Obito resurrects the Ten Tails. Kaguya is the Mazou and cries blood as punishment of the power she obtained. The God Tree probably dispersed some of its power around the world when Hagoromo died (which would explain that there were such powerful subjets able to face Bijuu and defeat them.
8.-Obito summons some of the power that resides within the Mazou in order to create the Tree, and he feeds it with his chacra and the one of the alliance (this would explain why Obito remained conneted to it for a time).
9.-Obito loses the Bijuu. Madara becomes Jinchuriki, the Sage manages to unlock the genetic power of the protagonists (the reason of the new eye of Sasuke and the Six Paths Senjutsu of Naruto)
10.-Madara, crushed, is contacted by part of the conscience of Kaguya, that resides in the Tree (considering that the Tree and its fruits and Kaguya remained connected at a time)

Madara has the power of the Tree, and almost the full power of the Juubi (Kaguya and the chakra of the fruits). This would explain the voice asking for absorb the Tree, as if trying to join again the power and the consciente of Kaguya.

What do you think about this?

That's all. I suggest you comment and discuss about the theory, so that it can be improved.

I hope you have enjoyed.

Bye.

I can't believe no one has replied to this, it was a great read but the juubi and shinju are one and the same(explains how the juubi was able to manifest into the god tree). Also god tree =/= god fruit. Kaguya must've lost some of her powers when she became the juubi.....

Thank you so much. I'm so glad you have liked the theory

I think I was about to become mad because of the fact of not getting any response (I kept telling myself: oh dear, nobody likes the theory... it must be so disgusting )

Yeah, the issue involving the Shinju and the Juubi is an absolute mess... maybe in the next chapter we will find out so...

Right now, I've just read a really interesting theory about this matter of the Shinju and the Juubi; here, in Narutobase:
