ok we all know that oro was trying to find a way to enter sage mode but could not since he did not have a body to withstand the natural forces of nature chakra so thats why he chose sasuke (yeah brilliant plan if he acted on it sooner) anyway the scroll of oro that one guy found and taking it to sasuke probably contains the ways to unlock rinnegan or even how the senin mode works

meaning giving it to sasuke will either help unlock rinnegan or even senin mode or somthing entirely new. it may be a summoning scroll too but for what i do not know (dragons lol) so what he did was researched it until he found out how it works but could not act upon it since he died in a weak fight with sasuke

well, oro wanted to have the eyes of the uchiha, i think obtaining the rinnegan is a very plausible theory, (even though i hate it aswell) i mean, oro would not give up the oppurtunity to obtain the rinnegan, which is probably the reason why he waited so long (other than the time the jutsu allowed)

i think it is a way to turn sharingan into rinnegan cuz he wanted sasuke's body so he can be like the sage

the rinnegan is very plausible think about it oro wanted all jutsu what dojutsu gives the most potential for it the rinnegan or the sage mode one is also possible because you need it to learn nature jutsu
