Few problems I have with this one:

1) You give 2 reasons as to why Sasuke wouldn't allow Orochimaru into he Secret Uchiha meeting place. 1) He wouldn't want Oro to disgrace the place. And yet as we can see he has no problem with it now and doesnt even remark towards caring whether or not Oro is there. 2) He would know Oro's true reason for wanting his arms back which would be getting his body. This is true but there would be many ways to deceive Sasuke into going there. Sasuke hasn't shown that he is a hard person to manipulate.

2) You say he would need SOMEONE ELSE to activate the Shinigami Shrine for him, I dont get why though? We know that the time that pasted between PT1 and PT2 was 2 years and he showed that he got a new body to Hiruzen and Anko during both of there fights. So technically he could use the Body Trasnfer Jutsu at anytime during PT2.

3) You say that Sasuke wouldnt even bother reading what is written on the Tablet because he doesn't pertain to him.... I highly dooubt that. Whether or not it pertained the hie current situation I highly doubt he would not even bother to read a tablet that has been hidden away in a secret uchiha meeting place, a tablet said to hold the secrets to the Sharingan.... especially because he had nothing better to do at the time. He was there, lighting torches and waiting for Oro to activate the mask etc.. you think he never bothered to glance at what was written on the tablet?

4) You also say that the dust accumulation on the scroll shows that it was there for 3+ years... come on derp... how is that even possible. How can anyone tell how long something has been somewhere based on dust and spiderweb accumulation. So many variables are envolved, how much circulation there is, how many spiders are around, what materials the scroll is made off, its location in the room, amount of light in the room.. etc...

5) Much like #5 the thread itself is filled with small things like these, small places where you take vague and ambigous actions and twist them to make it fit what your saying at the time.

This isnt your best work, although it does look like your worked hard on it x__x.. feel kinda bad for bashing it.
