Why?
Because the Uchiha with their eyes were the only ones who were powerful enough to Control the Ninetails, at that time.
Tobi then lied to Sasuke and said he wasnt the one that attacked the Leaf with the Nine Tails.

Sasuke doesn't know the truth.

Now if Minato tells Sasuke that it was "Tobi", or "Madara" in his case
Sasuke will realize that Tobi is the source of the "suspicion" that led to the Uchiha clan be persecuted and them being persecuted led to the cou'p detat. in which he might go against Tobi.
