The Mokuton is the body of the Juubi:

The Sharingan is the eye of the Juubi:

The Rinnegan is the Juubi's Eye (Sharingan) + Body (Mokuton) combined:

The Uzumaki Heritage (Life Force + Sealing Jutsu) is Rikudou Sennin's original bloodline prior to becoming the Juubi's Jinchuuriki:

Rikudou Sennin divided himself into Yin and Yang:

The Juubi's Yin became the Uchiha:

The Juubi's Yang became the Senju:

The Senju and Uchiha then are the body and the eye of the Juubi

Therefore the equation is:

Uzumaki (Rikudou Sennin) + Juubi = Senju (Mokuton/Yang) and Uchiha (Sharingan/Yin)

I personally still don't believe that the SO6P is a uzumaki. I believe he was all in one etc but I will wait until manga shows what he truly is. Other than that it makes sense and nice work.

I'm starting to think that if the Juubi is truly made of Mokuton, then he is the manifestation of earth's energy (somewhat like in Fullmetal Alchemist)

It is still said by Obito that Rikudo Sennin is the originator of Uchiha and Senju; why didn't he refer to the Juubi as the originator of those two powers? Talking about Izanagi, Konan also referred to the power of Rikudo Sennin in the first place. And if the Juubi was the originator of those two powers, those, who obtained both the power of Uchiha and Senju, should actually become Juubi instead of awakening the Rinnegan and becoming the next Rikudo Sennin. Madara himself also referred to Rikudo Sennin as the originator of those two powers, saying that if these two powers of Uchiha and Senju will become one again, it will allow to use the power of Rikudo Sennin that gives birth to anything in nature. Mokuton btw isn't a typical Senju power, it were only Hashirama's cells that allowed him to use this element. Further, the Uzumaki were said to be relatives of the Senju, while not staying in any relation with the Uchiha. While the Chakra of the Juubi was used to create the Biju, its body was sealed in the moon. Well, respect for your theory, it has admittedly some good points, but there are as many points contradicting your theory.
