lets look at the pic of this sharingan kid :
he's young....so young that he wasn't born yet during the uchiha massacre = he can't be a survivor from the uchiha masssacre!!
notice well that's there's contradiction....or better said confusion here :
1-first the sharingan kid seems to care about itachi and says :
2-then The mysterious akatsuki man says :
here a Question arises : why would the sharingan kid care about itachi when itachi uchiha slaughtred the uchiha clan??
this leads me to believe that the Sharingan kid is definitly being controlled by the Mysterious Akatsuki Man

or better said : who is the character from naruto part 1 and 2 who could match with the description and hints relating to the Mysterious Akatsuki guy??? :
i can think of only one Man :
It's Uchiha Madara (Tobimadara) but why???
1st the Mysterious akatsuki man's Hideout :
is a mountainous region where Tobi's (madara) hide out is .....
similar to the mountains of gravyard....it's simply the new mountain's Gravyard....after Tobi's hide out was discovered he had to change his location and keep it secret again...
whilst Orochimaru prefere hidden caves wich are better suited for his lab experiments....(Tobi)Madara preferes mountainous regions such as Mountain's Gravyard!!
also the place where the Mysterious akatsuki man is sitting looks like tree or wooden statue :
Only Madara likes to use wooden things such as his chair :
the scythe with chains used by the sharingan kid look 90% similar to the one used by uchiha Madara :
the intersting thing is : the sharingan kid reminds me of kid Obito who was being used like pawn by uchiha Madara..
now plz notice this well from chapter 604 :
these are the same chain and scyth cloack used by the Sharingan Kid !!
what the the mysterious akatsuki man did with the sharingan kid is the same thing madara did with Obito :
in the new mountain gravyard where the ninja tools of (tobi)Madara are stored ,The Sharingan kid take (Tobi)Madara's chain and combines it with his skyth... then he wears one of Tobidara's hooded clocks and heads towards sasuke's location !!

i have 2 theories :
A)-it's not really sharingan but just a manifestation of sharingan on thos kid's eyes due to him being fully controlled by that akatsuki man...you know its same when kurama got manifestation of sharingans in his eyes after being controlled by tobidara...
OR :
B)- it could be some1's eye implanted to him by tobidara
cuz Tobidara still has many sharingans stored in his laboratory :
