well there is one flaw in this theory.
Clearly sharingan originates from the juubi, so i think this is invalid.

Maybe it is like : Rikudou(uzumaki + juubi) ♥ hyuuga --> senju / uchiha .

i dont buy that considering tailed beast gain sharingan wjen they are controled (not really gain but emulate)

Good thinking,The DNA of SO6P is constantly bombarded by all the tail beast chakra so that the first son inherits a similar Rinnegan from His father but because of His Hyuga mother it has other properties and over many generations it became the Sharigan. The younger son inherits the father Uzumaki strength and longevity along with His Hyuga mother chakra control plus the tail beast DNA change cause by its chakra and like the elder brother separation from the Uzumaki/Hyuga heritage causes both Senju and Uchiha to devolve down their powers over time with the exception of the first hokage and Madara who were born with stronger DNA of their ancestors in them,thus making them stronger than the rest of their respective clans. And making the combining two DNA in Madara closer to the SO6P. The Senju and Uchiha Clans are right now on their last legs because of Numbers but their Ancestors the Uzumaki and Hyuga clan can united in Naruto and Hinata the past to the present and the future. I propose the following What if Naruto can gather the remanning Uzumaki back into a solid Clan and with Hinata take the Hyuga side branch to join and marry the single Uzumaki and Hyuga to created a combine Clan that carries all the DNA of the past Thus in a sense the Uchiha and the Senju get to survive in the genes of future generations of UzuHyuga clan.

Kakashi did say the Sharingan may have originated from the Byakugan. What if the Sharingan was created from both the Byakugan and the Juubi's chakra, cause that would really be something.

If we are to take what Kakashi theorized and your own theory about the sage being an Uzumaki into consideration then this works. Nice effort. But the way manga is making less and less sense now; I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. You will turn blue, you know.

So are you saying Byakugan originated sharingan? I think it's the other way round as when they explained about the sons, they said they had the eyes powers, aka sharingan... And once one of the hyuaga said they made sharingan modifications and got the byakugan!
