Yeah there is something ****ed up with their backs. They probably have a link to the juubi but I think the bald man is just an uchiha experiment by orochimaru.

danzos right arm was covered in sharingan. he also had senju cells implanted in him.

now we have a guy with sharingan in his left arm, and he is connected to the zetsus; like senju dna.

this is more than a coincidence, because they also know about itachi. these guys have been around for a while, and are closely associated with danzo and orochimaru and the experiments that took place.

also, pro and kabuto both know of itachis mission, so they know enough details to be associated with them. plus, obito likely had some doing in this too, probably his old sharingan lab, and i suspect that him and kabuto did some things with sharingan and zetsus before the war broke out.
