They couldn't possibly learn Medical Ninjutsu from her corpse alone, it wouldn't make sense.

Not to mention the fact that to them, it was absolutely crucial that the enemy wouldn't get their hands on her body, which wouldn't really matter that much to them if Medical Ninjutsu was their only goal. They could have just found another ninja in the war, but instead, they all kept attacking Obito despite his superiority, in order to keep her body.

Ao having a Byakugan would be an example of something the HUnter nins try to prevent. Tell me, how would one study medical ninjutsu by looking at a corpse ? It has nothing to do with DNA or blood, so they wouldn't be able to learn it from her ?

Similar to how Ao gained the Byakugan and Kabuto gained the Kaguya clan's KKG. Implanting body parts/DNA of the ninja who had the ability into yourself.
