Naruto discovers the mechanics of electricity and circuits and uses that knowledge to build computers/laptops/lights/machines etc. Then he uses 120938 of his 123910238102938 kage bunshins to build all those skyscrapers based on his research in architecture. With kage bunshins, there is no risk of dying in construction work because the bunshin would just disappear. All the kage bunshins allow him to save time for the ninja world and advance technology quickly

An advancement for weaponry = an advancement for health.
For example: a poison bomb is made. A type of vaccine can essentially counter the poison and leave it useless.
It also works vice versa.
A vaccine is made to counter this poison. An even stronger and more concentrated solution is made to make the poison deadlier.
All technological advancements are related to each other/can be relevant to each other.
