Theory: Shisui being the hooded man

I'd like to post it here since i posted it on another forum but i've not received enough feedback. Note im not hyped of him being Shisui but something tells me he is and its linked to a theory i had a long time ago.


Now lets go back to before the Uchiha massacre. That's right before Shisui died.

1. You would have noticed before he gave his eye to Itachi he mysteriously activated his MS.

   As we know Shisui's MS technique was called Koto which technically brainwash someone for life. So he activated Koto in that exact situation. Now i know Koto is given a command so either it's an

   However i think the command was given explicitly when he gave it to Itachi he mentioned the words.

   "Protect this village and the Uchiha name"​
   This command is composed of 2 commands and at he same way there is an exclusion of a group which are the Uchiha. What this command basically says is
   1. Protect Konoha minus the Uchiha.
   2. Protect the Uchiha name.
   So this fits exactly Itachi's actions. He tried to protect Konoha without considering Uchiha as part of Konoha and their lives into consideration. That's why he masacred them all and he vehemently tried to protect the truth about Uchiha couping cause if not their name would have been damaged. Their honor or name is more important than their lives. A wish that even Naruto et al. agreed at the end.

   Now i dont think Shisui is completely responsible about it, is that Itachi being a 13 y.o kid and indecisive of what to do under so much pressure needed a little push and that's where Shisui entered with his Koto.

   This is also reinforced by the fact Koto was used 10 years earlier.

   . However Shisui said he couldnt use Koto to stop the coup because Danzo didnt let that happen, so when and where was Koto used 10 years ago? Coincidentally 10 years ago was right before the massacre.
   
   
   
2. Now there is Kabuto. Kabuto was a master spy. The best in NarutoVerse, he always got away without being caught. He recollected a lot of information and was able to even know Itachi's truth which "almighty" Itachi thought was concealed correctly.

   Kabuto excelled in gathering knowledge from everyone. He even was so skilled as to retrieve Madara's DNA and even knowing he was dead, even knowing Obito's plan.

   But even Kabuto couldnt retrieve Shisui's corpse nor find any trace of his DNA. This could be atributed to Itachi's job about disappearing Shisui's corpse.

   Latter corrections to the story indicates than rather Itachi's erasing Shisui's corpse (as people thought) was rather Shisui's himself to do it.

   combined with time jutsus after death could possibly explain how Shisui could have sealed his own body.

   This is also consistent with what the Uchihas thought. The Uchiha Clan or the ones in charge on the investigation of Shisui's death did indeed find Shisui's body; there'd really be no way to declare it a drowning otherwise.

   Itachi also needed to see Shisui's dying or dead for him to be able to awake MS.

   But what if there is sth fishy in this story. Shisui was known as the best genjutsu user of the Uchiha clan. Obviously better than Itachi by extension. Mangafact.

   Shisui maybe genjutsued Itachi and/or the Uchiha police who saw his drowned body into him being dead. He was too OP to do it combined with Koto he could just trick Itachi also. That or he could also do the Madara route as always #Izanagisolveseverything.
   
   
   
3. Shisui's nickname was 'Shisui of the Body Flicker'. It's even implied that those who possesed his eyes had some sort of body flicker ability.

   Obito seems to imply that body flicker ability was Shisui's technique.
   
   There is also the fact the new villains in this manga are extremely fast in dissapearing and almost teleporting from one location to another. The mastery in body flicker technique is outstanding.

   So the techniques are consistent with one another.
   
   
   
4. Lastly there is the appearance factor. Shisui has a very distinguish nose which the hooded man resemble.

   There is also that 'eyeliner' Shisui had lol, which are consistent with Shin's eyes. Those 'black rings' surrounding Shisui's eyes are almost exactly as Shin's, and him telling the hooded man is his father points into a direction he indeed is Shisui.
   
   
   
5. The motive is some kind of fishy he indeed loved Itachi and he indeed had a strong connection for him. The hooded man seems to put above Itachi and regard Sasuke as a failure. There must have been a story not told yet but Kishi is not strange about it. He has a fetish for "killing" 'good' Uchihas and bring them back as revengeful bad guys. Obito is the prime example and it was obvious but many people didnt want to believe lol.
   
   So let's get ready for "Because you let Itachi die!".
   
   Extra: Shin's name resembles Shisui the same as Tobi resembles Obito. Not a strong clue but i cant overlook this.
