Theory: Shadow Clone and its connection with Naruto and the Sage of Six Paths!

Naruto's Main Abilities

-Shadow Clone Jutsu: The originator of this jutsu is unknown but is widely used.

- Rasen Shuriken: A self made jutsu that only Naruto has been able to do.

- Rasengan: Originated from the Tailed Beast Ball and made a jutsu by Minato, Naruto's father and was expanded upon by Naruto.

- Sage Mode: Collecting Natural Energy to drastically empower there abilities beyond a normal ninja level.


The Sage of Six Paths

We all know he is the legendary ninja who defeated the Juubi by himself, and effectively created the 'Chakra Theory' and the Ninja World as we know it.

To analyse more about the mythic ninja, lets examine his name. The Sage of Six Paths - just as the name implies, I believe that he is a Sage and mastered the use of Natural Energy and this is what helped him defeat the Juubi. Lets look back at Naruto - the only Perfect Sage we know of that is a human/ninja.

Note: I know you guys will say Kabuto was a Perfect Sage as well. I beg to disagree as you can see obvious physical changes to Kabuto making him look more reptilian, beyond what Orochimaru's cells have shown capable of doing.

Now lets look at his name again. The Sage of Six Paths - many will argue that the Six Paths refer to the Six Paths of Pain ability - it makes perfect sense doesn't it; the Sage had the Rinnegan and it only makes sense right? But I bed to differ.

Many of you have hypothesized that the Sage of Six Paths gained the Rinnegan through the Juubi - if he didn't was the Rinnegan simply a mutation or did the Sage have an ancestor that had the Rinnegan? This begins a whole nother topic so for the sake of my theory, he got the Rinnegan from the Juubi.

So the Sage could have simply made the Six Paths after he got the Rinnegan, no difference. But there is a difference - the Sage is known for his most monumental achievement - he sealed the Ten Tails. So why was he named the Sage of Six Paths? Simple - he had "Six Paths" when fighting the Juubi but not the Six Paths of Pain ability ... it was the Shadow Clone Jutsu Technique.

What the hell is probably your reaction by now so I'll clear it up. Naruto has been referred to as the Child of the Prophecy which is synonymous to the Savior of this World. Who was the last Savior of this World? That's right, its the Sage of Six Paths. We have seen that Naruto looks similar to the Sage and there are a lot more connections that stretch all the way to the theory that the Sage was an Uzumaki.

Back to Naruto's abilities - the Shadow Clone Jutsu, Rasengan, Rasen Shuriken, and Sage Mode. The Sage of Six Paths was probably a Sage as his name sake suggests. Rasengan and Rasen Shuriken are nearly synonymous - Rasen Shuriken was a jutsu created by Naruto which involved his Wind Release expertise and Rasengan. Rasengan was based on the Tailed Beast Ball which was descended from the Juubi.

So Sage Mode is connected to the Sage of Six Paths. Rasengan as well. Rasen Shuriken too.

This leaves the Shadow Clone Jutsu. We know this multiplies a single person.

Naruto has shown to have different 'modes' and 'traits'

Modes:

1. Naruto
2. Bjuu Mode
3. Sage Mode
4. Dark Naruto
5. Jinchuuruki Modes
6. Ten Tails 'Abilities'

Traits:

1. Special Power
2. Loyalty
3. Determined
4. Will of Fire
5. Dedication
6. Desires peace.

Just from looking at his traits, one can assume that the Sage also had it. The modes that Naruto has, can also be assumed as the modes that the Sage had during his fight with the Juubi and afterwards.

This is the reason I hate theories nowadays, you made a few very good points, but they were overshadowed by the complete bullsht you said, like Shadow Clone Jutsu by related to the SO6P just because he has 6 paths, you say it doesnt only relate to his 6 paths but also because he could use Shadow Clone Jutsu... ok what makes you think that? You just say it like it isnt a ludicrous statement.

Sorry man, I like some of what I saw, but you reached to far when you said some of the things you said without giving any rythm or reason as to how it would be true...your theory wouldnt be any less without it and is alot less believable with it... its fruit of a poisonous tree my friend.
