I dont think juugo needed any kind of training. Sasuke already has his DNA he just needs to try and use it.

Sasuke may not be aware of that or he may not know how to take advantage of it. Obito took time to train his mokuton even if it was a little sasuke never even tried.

Sage transformation is SM under different name. Juugo absorbs it passively, he cant stop it, he needs to unload the energy and he has weak will power.

Madz already had PS in VOTE, but its shape was different than it is against Gokage because it fit on Kurama.

But i somehow liked the idea of Susanoo having wings like Sasuke's CM state. Too op for my tastes but can be a good touch.
