Could it be that Sasuke is trying to kill Tsunade and use a coup instead of winning the hearts of the people? That would make for a good reason for conflict for the fight between Naruto and Sasuke. Both have their own ideas of how to protect the leaf. One by love, other by power. See where this is going? Sages son's!


Another thing. Sasuke said he doesn't care what others think. This could be another hint of this. Also, Naruto's acceptance by people probably means that he's the parallel of the younger son.

Orochimaru first off wouldn't kill Tsunade just so Sasuke could become Hokage. And, suppose he would, he wouldn't do it in a war against power houses. Every shinobi is needed.

Or, they didn't know since Kabuto was beaten before Madara brutalized the 5 kages. There's no denying that something's going on though. Something's not right.

This is very plausible seeing as how his own brother protected the lead while disguised as a villain. Sasukes prolly butt hurt from what they did to itachi and wants to rule the village his way. Of course we all know it would prolly be close to tyranny and naruto will have none of that. Seems to be a legit reason to have them two fight.
