[Theory] Sasuke's goal is to gain peace from power

I think from everything that's been happening in the last few chapters that Sasuke's real goal now is to gain the most power to maintain peace. If Orochimaru wasn't in the picture, I would think that Sasuke wants to become the jinchuuriki of the Jyuubi. What else would give more power than that. I know Sasuke is attacking the Jyuubi at this point but it could be a strategy to weaken it then take control....

I also think that Sasuke and Orochimaru have a plan together...that's where it raises a lot of questions of what the two's real objectives are.

But overall it would make sense to me if Sasuke decides to try to bring peace to the world by having power.
Just like the elder son of the Sage.

Maybe Sasuke's goal is to get Orochimaru to help Sasuke become the jinchuuriki... And maybe Orochimaru's goal is to take Sasuke's body after he becomes the jinchuuriki....though I'd imagine that would be impossible. But who knows, it's Orochimaru...he knows how to do a lot of stuff!

he can sense hatred. and wanting to gain power for peace is pretty much 50/50

Well that's pretty much where it is headed but we know Sasuke and Orochimaru are up to something... so there's more to it than that at this point

This is what I want to happen. Sasuke is now anti-hero. He is no longer a villain.
However, Sasuke has not completely reformed. Sure, most villains that change have changed after one confrontation with Naruto, but it took two for Sasuke with Itachi and with the four Hokage. I think Sasuke will change a third time thanks to Naruto, making a hero.
At this point, Sasuke has not completely changed. He is still seeking power. This has not changed. It makes since that he would adopt the Elder Son's philosophy of having to maintain peace through power. Naruto will want peace via friendship, and this will result in Naruto vs. Sasuke, which Naruto will win.
However, an important theme of Naruto is that this generation must surpass the previous generation. Therefore, Sasuke will not make the Eldest son's mistake. He will not create a clan and hate Naruto for the rest of his life, triggering the Uchiha vs. Senju rivalry. Instead, Naruto will offer his hand to Sasuke, and Sasuke will take it, overcoming his hatred.
At least, that's how I want it to end.
