The fact that he turned good means his development his over after the EMS. As I continue to predict, only Orochimaru will be further developed, and he will take Sasuke body. Once an Uchiha get good, his eyes cannot evolve anymore. Orochimaru will become the new source of Sasuke's power.

i doubt his development is over as fact is we only seen a glimps of his ems powers
and where was it shown that once an uchiha is good their eyes cant evolve anymore... itachi from the looks of it was never bad and sasuke was good while devoloping his and so was obito when his was first activated

There's a lot of mystery to dojutsu. We think we might have an idea on how it works, but we really don't know the real deal behind it...

This is what I think and it may be wrong...

The elder son inherited his father's eyes and we have heard that the bloodline thinned, so we can assume that the sharingan is a weaker form of that eye. But the sharingan does evolve to a stronger state through certain requirements.

Sasuke may awaken the elder son's eyes through a different means than how he awakened MS. The elder son's hatred gave birth to the sharingan, so maybe love or a certain event can lead Sasuke to awaken the elder son's eyes...
