No, Sasuke has lost nothing. The sharingan works in stages base 3t, MS, ans EMS. Sasuke just hasent shown his EMS because there's no need. Just like when Madara first appeared he use his original MS instead of his EMS. When there's a need Sasuke will use it just be patient.

2.What does that have to do with Sasuke's EMS...Itachi had his own Sharingan and Sasuke had his.

Their eyes fused together to create the EMS. Note how Madara's and Sasuke's EMS have the pattern of their brothers' MS. With Itachi using Izanami, the pattern disappeared since his eyes lost their light. Sasuke still kept his PART of the EMS ( his eyes ).

That, or Kishi made a drawing error, but I find that too boring.
