[Theory]Sasuke learned Dimension Traveling in the Kaguya arc!

Another one of my crazy theories...

I was reading the Kaguya fight again and noticed this...

What am I referring to is that Sakura and Obito have exclamation marks on while Sasuke doesn't.

in addition to the fact that Sasuke is in the middle made me wonder if it's him who actually made the portal not obito and he pulled Obito and Sakura along with him.

Which made sense to me due to the fact that Obito and Sakura were exhausted and out of chakra and Obito's eyes weren't bleeding and it's possible that his Mangekyou wasn't even on!

He didnt use susanoo here because dimension jumping takes away his MS ability aswell and Sasuke always uses Susanoo to defend:

His eye powers were gone too and his rinnegan didn't have tomoes

Back then we didn't know about his Dimension jumping ability but looking at it now, it isn't far fetched.

As much as I like Sasuke, he didn't learn it then. What happened was that the portal was closing, and Sasuke used Ameno to jump through the portal with them, and it just took them by surprise

I realized this as well. Someone made a theory a while ago about Sasuke being able to dimension hop from the scan in your OP. I guess they were right all along. Nice thread.

Only thing i can agree with now is that sasuke began to learn it after seein obito's portal, but he surely never used it in the instance u showed, because that wiuld be stupid as heck if he did, he got a free ride from obito why would he weaken himself lol.

Obito and sakura were weakened after freeing Sasuke from the desert dimension. I don't see how they had enough chakra to open another portal.

Good thread but during Sasuke vs Naruto we see Sasuke use ameno to swap with Naruto's black spheres (then uses chidori) and on the next page he activates susanoo.

I think this shows he can use ameno and then susanoo straight after. It seems its only when he changes dimension that he can't use susanoo and apparently his dimension swap is a different jutsu then ameno.

Maybe he didn't use susanoo against the bones for the same reason Naruto didn't use his avatar, just to save energy.

I like the theory. Brilliant find and analysis with valid and noteworthy points. And this would be very convincing if we didn't see Boruto The Movie.

But it's false for the mere reason that Sasuke's ST portal is very similar to a black hole (as shown in Boruto The Movie). The one which was created when Sasuke, Sakura and Obito arrived was like a swirly window similar to Kamui portal which Obito previously created.

And Sasuke's eye had its tomoes (if you look closely).
