What you just said.. loss some credibility.. You need Amaterasu (A legit MS ability) to implement blaze release dude. Without it, is like saying you can only manipulate Amaterasu if someone is around to create it.

No he is right blaze release is a kekei genkai but you need ms to be able to actually manipulate the flames. Like madara and itachi cannot manipulate flames like sasuke can because they do not possess blaze release

blaze release is an amaterasu shape manipulation technique....sasuke is already good at changing form of a chakra nature
(thanks to orochimaru's training) his raikiri can be made like a sword, like an electric flow to the ground, etc.
