Its actually a great theory but the rinnegan isn't the final doujutsu though. The rinnegan with the nine tomoes is the final one and that will be attained by Naruto after sealing the Juubi.

It's possible Juugo absorbed that final Zetsu, and will transfer it to Sasuke (who is already compatible with Juugo's DNA) along with a significant portion of Juugo's own chakra. I think that will allow Sasuke to not only gain the Rinnegan and some enhanced physical energies, but also a powerful Sage Mode.

Personally, I think the Senju chakra is the most significant part of receiving Senju DNA, anyway. So even though Sasuke only received Senju chakra, not DNA, it still wouldn't surprise me if he awakened the Rinnegan. The chakra is the key element, the DNA merely provides a means of building/harnessing that chakra. Remember, it is Uchiha chakra that affects the optic nerve and develops the Sharingan in the first place; the Uchiha simply obtain this chakra naturally through their DNA. So now that Sasuke has Hashirama DNA, we'll have to see if it's able to successfully reach his optic nerve and have an effect on his eyes.

She didn't said that Sasuke'll get rinnegan because of the fear of death,the point is that Sasuke's feelings at the time of death are nearly same as that of Madara when he was close to his death which is why Sasuke might be able to pull Rinnegan like Madara.It is pretty much same as Sharingan and MS,The feeling of losing something so precious,Sasuke want to change the world but he can't do that if he die the same way Madara wats to achive his dream but he can't do that if he is dead.
