If Minato had just one add on: the ability to teleport in and out of a kamui like dimension without seals, on the condition that when he returns, he ends up on a marking of his choosing or if there are none, then by default, he'll end up in the same spot in the earth dimension from which he last left. In this dimension he completely controls the flow of time. He can store objects in this dimension too. He can send any amount of those objects to a marking or the last spot that he left in the Earth dimension. Let's say that he can do this object teleporting feat even if he's not in that dimension.
There are a number of things he can do. He can teleport out and spend a few years strategizing when only a nano sec has passed in reality. He can heal. He can do all sorts of things.
So use your imagination. How would you rank Minato if he only had this simple add on?
Remember, he still needs markings to close the distance between him and his enemies, so I'm not making him too cheap.
