Theory: Rinnegan activation?

Please bear with me, but seeing as how Sharingan and Rinnegan as well as Uchiha and Senju came from the same source (SO6P) My theory is that in order to obtain the Rinnegan you have to have a perfect combination between Uchiha DNA and Senju DNA.

Reasoning: Madara experimented with Hashi's DNA implanting it into his own body right? That in conjunction with his EMS (Uchiha DNA) as well as him well... being an Uchiha led to the Rinnegan.

Now onto Nagato. Can't really answer that question

But I think the awakening of the Rinnegan has got to do with life and death, or something of the sort.

Rinnegan might be the mangekyo equivlent to the user himself dying but alas nothing you said was new or even theory
No tying to be mean but you simply stated what madara and kabuto talked about upon his return.
I thought you might actually give a theory on how the process goes down
