The rinnetensei not only revives a soul from pure world but also restores that persons body

reason i say this is

Madara's body has to have started decomposing its been atleast 16 years

plus madara died a really old man

so the caster rinnetensei can restore their(the resurected) body and there soul

because madara wanted revived.

Plus wouldnt madara be a threat

one eye and no ms and a decrepit body

so in conclusion rinnetensei Resurects and restores thebody and soul based on the casters wishes
