Theory: Rin was related to either the senju or uzamaki clans

Is she related?

She was kidnapped by the mist to become a jinchuriki of the 3 tails. The fact that they didn't pick anyone in their own village and had to travel to the leaf suggests that Rin was specifically targeted. The clans known to have powerful chakra are the Uzamaki or Senju clans. Either she's related to them, or she was observed by the mist for a long time and realized that she has a powerful chakra.

You have to be compatible to become a jinchuriki in the first place. Gara was the only one of the sand siblings compatible, but he couldn't control it. This suggest that you have to have a powerful chakra just to have it sealed in the first place.

Tell my your reasons as to why she was picked to be the 3 tails jinchuriki. Don't forget to rate and be respectful.

Not a bad idea really. I mean we don't really know much about Rin or her parents.

The mist might have thought some random Uzumaki chick was easy pickings for the sanbi.

Or she hailed from a crappy-ass clan and she wasn't compatible with being a Jinchuriki.
Which makes perfect sense as she would have a higher probability of going mad. And thus destroying Konoha (=just what mists want).

She wasn't supposed to control the Sanbi. It was the fact that she wouldn't be able to control it that caused it to be sealed into her.

Now I like her. She was the Jinchuuriki after Yagura the Solo King 2 with Itachi

They probably wanted someone from the leaf village..... I doubt it was anything special... she just happened to be there...

and for plot convenience.... Imagine if had been some unknown fodder.....

Very possible. However, don't you have to have a strong chakra just to have it sealed inside of you?

I think Senju. But on another note I want to know is why everyone wants to destroy the leaf.

Might be because it was the first village and represented peace, or it was because of the Uchiha clan residing in it. If a powerful village fell to another, then that village would most likely be feared.

She was close to the yondaime
No one would suspect her if they were able to pull off their plan perfectly. They never intended her to supress the sanbi. They infact wanted her to go out of control i.e, they knew that she wouldn't make a good jin.
She was literally a time bomb set to explode U_U

they just wanted someone weak and vulnerable whom actually lived in the village. ( i believe she was weak willed. people with weak will cannot defend against tailed beasts.)

Madara is still suspicious... He was certain Obito was going to return, and the bloody mist had started before Obito went to Kirigakure... so perhaps Madara set up the event. It would explain why Rin was chosen to be kidnapped.

She probably was the jinchuriki after Yagura. The hidden mist village was known as the "bloody mist" during his reign which means that he was mizukage at the time. If it was taken our of him, he would have died. Obito hadn't turned evil at this point, so he hadn't controlled Yagura yet. This only leaves the option that Yagura reachieved the 3 tails from Rin and THEN became the jinchuriki for added power. This would also explain why Obito specifically chose to manipulate Yagura like a puppet. He did it as revenge.

You must be registered for see images

I meant that you have to have a strong chakra to be compatible for it to be sealed in the first place. Gara was the only child of the 4th kazekage to be compatible to the Shukaku, and yet, he couldn't control it. This suggest that you have strong chakra just for it to be sealed in the first place.

she was intended and Biju Release Bomb: A person who can control it long enough reach the village but lose control soon after.... So if the Mist had their wits, they would choose a person who can only control it temporarily.
